Aleesha Young is establishing herself as a leading female bodybuilder professional in the second half of the decade. Aleesha came from a sports-loving family in 1984. Her siblings also played sports, such as skating and hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball and basketball prior to when she began bodybuilding at the age of 15. Aleesha received her professional card for winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 The first time she began competing that was the year 2008. She competed in 2014 at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ranked 9th. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha was 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. Aleesha is steadily improving and in 2019 she took home her first pro title, the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance was in 2020. Her finish was 4th. The "World's strongest mom" took a break from training for medical reasons.
